For many years through your generosity the Social Outreach Ministry has been able to distribute much needed school supplies to families in our community. Once again, our ministry and the awesome Youth group will be hosting School Supply Sunday on July 28th and collecting these school supplies.
This year, we expect, will again be a particularly challenging one for many families as inflation and the cost of everything is still very high.
All sorts of school supplies are needed including:
backpacks, folders, crayons (24 count), colored pencils (12 count), markers (10 count), loose leaf paper, 1 subject spiral notebooks, 3 x 5 index cards, packs of pens, and all sorts of erasers, rulers, scissors, highlighters, glue sticks, etc.
A more detailed list can be picked up on the table in Bethany Lobby. There really is a need and I know your generosity will not be outdone.
Please bring supplies back to St Margaret Mary’s church no later than Monday July 29th
and place them in the large collection box near the chapel entrance.
