Low-gluten hosts are available with the priest in the center aisle only

Catholics in good health ages 18 – 59 are required to fast and abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
Fasting consists of eating only one meal, with the possibility of two smaller snacks that do not add up to a single full meal.

Catholics age 14 & older are to abstain from meat on all
Fridays in Lent.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Holy Rosary and Novena every Tuesday at 7:30 PM with Holy Mass every 1st Tuesday.

Monday: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Chapel with Benediction)

Wednesday: Overnight Adoration – 9:00 AM on Wednesday until 6:30 AM Thursday

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Wednesday 9:00 AM to Thursday 7:00 AM

Fridays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Chapel with Benediction)

Reconciliation

Tuesday Evenings:
